AutoGBP SEO is a Google Business Profile management platform that provides tools for review management, post scheduling, photo optimization, local rank tracking, performance analytics, and AI-powered profile audits. The Service connects to Google APIs to access and manage your business profile data on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date.

4. Google Account Connection

To use the Service's core features, you must connect your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you:

Grant us permission to access your Google Business Profile data as described in our Privacy Policy
Acknowledge that you have the authority to manage the business profiles you connect
Understand that you can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting within the Service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Use the Service to post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content to Google Business Profiles
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse any person or system
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API usage policies

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features for generating content (review replies, posts, audit summaries, photo metadata). AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published to your Google Business Profile. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by AutoGBP SEO and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
